Lawmaker Mourns Asiwaju Tinubu’s Son’s Death


A member Federal House of Representatives, Hon Olajide Jimoh representing Lagos Mainland Constituency has commiserated with National Leader of the All Progessives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu over the death of his first son, Mr. Jide Tinubu.

The lawmaker yesterday expressed his grief and condolences in a statement issued by his Media office after receiving the shocking news.

According to the statement, “my deepest condolences go to the family of my leader, the tutor-general of Nigeria politics, our National Leader APC, Asiwaju Bola  Ahmed Tinubu’s in this very sad situation,”.

“The sad news of Mr. Jide Tinubu demise was just a tragedy, my heart and that of my constituents are all broken for the family,” he said.

He said ‘My thoughts and prayers are with my Boss, a great Leader of all, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, his family and loved ones at this devastating time.’ 

Jimoh asked for prayers and comfort for the family of the National Leader.
“Though Mr Jide Tinubu left us in the prime of his youth, taking away from us his adorable and humble personality. Since God knows everything therefore we cannot query Him. My prayers are that God will strengthen you at this time and grant him eternal rest, he said
